If so, and if such a culture was to thrive \u2013\u00a0what would it look like? If we had a global remote control and pressed the &#8220;mute&#8221; button, what would we see? For if there is equality in rights, there would be equality in responsibilities. And if I am equally responsible, I will have equal say in decision making \u2013 which the internet would allow for technically.
