And because every action is based on a guess, leaders cannot be blamed for guesses that prove to be wrong. <\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">Gathering the courage to act, they let others know of the limited knowledge upon which a decision is made, <strong>and then move forward<\/strong>. In a sense, every action is a \u201cdraft\u201d. RHD is an organization in the process of continually and consciously creating drafts.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">The excerpt is from the book \u201cThe Common Good Corporation\u201d (2006) by Robert and Barbara Fishman.
